Emily graduated with her bachelors degree in Psychology in 2018 and is currently in her final semester at the University of Louisville pursuing a masters degree in Couple and Family Therapy. She provides systemic, trauma-informed, and LGBTQ+ friendly services. She supports Black Lives Matter, Mijente, and the LGBTQ+ community.

Emily utilizes a strengths-based approach when working with couples and individuals, and uses various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical-behavioral therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing (MI), exposure and response prevention (ERP), emotion-focused therapy (EFT), solution-focused therapy, and various forms of expressive therapies.
Emily has worked with individuals who have experienced depression, anxiety, relationship distress, trauma, eating disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders, and phase-of-life issues. She strives to create a safe, judgment-free space for all people to feel seen and understood, explore their emotional landscape, and become better connected to themselves and others.
