Catherine has experience treating individuals with various presenting concerns, including eating disorders, depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, substance use disorders, self-injurious behaviors, and interpersonal problems. She is trained in a variety of empirically supported interventions, such as CBT, DBT, EFT, TLDP, and MI. Catherine also has experience working with couples, families, and individuals of various backgrounds and identities.

In her free time, Catherine enjoys taking her golden retriever for walks, playing tennis, baking cookies, and traveling.
